Why I Do What I Do

I spent over 20 years in the restaurant industry. Much like you, I once dreamed of opening my own restaurant. In 2023, I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis of the lumbar spine, and the condition has continued to worsen since — standing for long periods has become difficult for me. But I still carry the same passion for this industry that brought you here, and even though I can no longer do the physical work myself, I want to design the operational background of your business — the documents and the website that keep it running — so you can focus on the legal side of getting open and getting ready for your first customer.
